Miro is the online collaborative whiteboard platform for distributed teams. Miro has over 10 million users including 80% of the Fortune 100. Miro’s mission is to empower teams to create the next big thing.

Challenge

The Cross-device Product team in Miro works on iOS, Android, and Microsoft Store applications. The team needed a solution that would allow them to track reviews from all these platforms in one place.

Moreover, Miro wanted to send all mobile app reviews to Zendesk where their teammates from Customer Support would be able to respond to reviews.

Lastly, Miro wanted to make the first steps in ASO and find the tool that would be able to help them quickly and easily dive into this area.

Solution
